Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of software developers to produce high-quality mobile apps on time and on budget. 
• Guide the growth of the team through technical mentorship, performance management, and by organizing development opportunities. 
• Building a cohesive and effective development team. 
• Collaborate across the Operations department to balance priorities, scope new opportunities, establish shared best practices, and improve our process and tools. 
• Engage the team through regular 1-on-1s.
• Contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of the team's mobile apps.
• Support the growth our open-source community by contributing learnings, expertise, and apps.

Qualifications
