Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of software developers to produce high-quality mobile apps on time and on budget.
- Guide the growth of the team through technical mentorship, performance management, and by organizing development opportunities.
- Building a cohesive and effective development team.
- Collaborate across the Operations department to balance priorities, scope new opportunities, establish shared best practices, and improve our process and tools.
- Engage the team through regular 1-on-1s.
- Contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of the team's mobile apps.
- Support the growth our open-source community by contributing learnings, expertise, and apps.

Qualifications
