Candidate Profile

• Motivated and inquisitive self-starter with ability to work well in an unstructured environment
• 1-3 years of experience in finance/investment
• Experience in budgeting and forecasting
• Experience in building and operating 3-statement financial models
• Proficiency in English and French
• Excellent Excel & Presentation skills and attention to detail
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to operate under pressure in a dynamic environment

Key Responsibilities

• Build, own, maintain and update Oolu’s financial models
• Key role in raising debt and equity investment,, due diligence and investor reporting
• Financial Planning & Analysis , Budgeting and reforecasting
• Build and maintain Excel models for strategic projects
• Develop business knowledge in order to contribute to strategic discussions and improve financial model precision
• Analyze and report on outputs of financial models
• Generate recommendations for business plan optimization, growth and cost reduction
• Support grant applications through forecasting and stakeholder engagement
